Our commitment

Stedman Computer Solutions Inc. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or larger text.

The standard we follow

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review it against that standard whenever pages are added or changed.

What we have done

  • Text and controls meet or exceed the required color contrast.
  • Every link and button can be reached and used with a keyboard, and shows a clear outline when it has focus.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and a skip link so assistive technology can move through them quickly.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions.
  • Pages reflow on small screens and at larger text sizes without sideways scrolling.
  • Motion is switched off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.

How we test

We evaluate the site ourselves using automated accessibility testing and manual keyboard testing. The most recent review was completed in October 2026.

Some links on this site lead to services operated by other companies, including our appointment scheduler, help desk portal, payment portal and documentation portal. We do not control how those services are built. If you have trouble with any of them, contact us and we will help you another way.
